1- Acceptance of the terms
These Terms of Service (“TOS”) shall apply to all Services provided by Noor Telecom Company K.S.C.C., its affiliates, agents and employees (Collectively, “Noor Telecom”) to YOU through this Site. By accessing this Site, You represent that the TOS outlined below, were read, understood and agree to be bound by them. In addition, by using any particular Service, You and Noor Telecom shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such Service and which may be posted from time to time.
2-Use of the Site and the Service
You agree that the Site is furnished and the information presented herein are for informative and references purposes only. Noor Telecom is pleased to allow You to visit the Site and download and copy the information, documents and materials including graphic images, buttons and text (Collectively “Materials”) from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, without any rights to resell, redistribute, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, distribute, post or create derivate works there from in any way without the prior written consent of Noor Telecom.

4.1- Materials provided on this Site are provided “As Is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Under no circumstances shall Noor Telecom be liable for any loss, damage, liability or expense incurred or suffered which is claimed to result from use of this Site including but not limited to any fault, error, omission, interruption, or delay with respect thereof. If You are dissatisfied with any Material on this Site or with any of the TOS if use of this Site, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using this Site.
7-General
7.1- Changes and Modifications: Noor Telecom reserves its exclusive right in its sole discretion to alter, limit or discontinue the Site, or any Material in any respect. Noor Telecom shall have no obligation to take the needs of any User in consideration in connection therewith.
7.2- Termination: Noor Telecom may at any time, without notice, modify or discontinue any or all aspects of the Service or terminate, withdraw or restrict the user of the service (in whole or in part), if Noor Telecom in its sole and absolute discretion, determines or receive information that: a) You have violated the TOS; b) doing so is necessary for security reasons or for proper continue operation of the Service; c) the use of the Service (or any part thereof) may violate the Copyright of intellectual property rights of Noor Telecom or a third party or may violate any other applicable laws and regulations; or d) Noor Telecom receives an order from a governmental body or a court of competent jurisdiction requiring it to do so.
7.3- Jurisdiction: These terms and Conditions will be governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the state of Kuwait. The Kuwaiti courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any cause of action arising out of or related to the content or use of this Site.
7.4- Other rights: Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Noor Telecom.
